The fee varies according to the status of your projects and, the profiles of the users, and activities they use in a daily basis.
For instance, if you create a project and that project is fully active, you are charged the full amount for that active project. But if, due to some reason, the project ceases to remain active but remains accessible for a later revival, you are charged a much-reduced amount for it. Once the project is active again, the full fee for that project is increased from that instance onwards.
