Our bug tracking system helps us constantly improve ProTeam Extreme. We believe that every software solution is a perpetually evolving system and it improves with every feedback from customers and demo users.
Our customers and demo users can log in and report bugs or raise issues that nag them. We act swiftly and try to resolve the problems and plug the loopholes, if any, at the earliest because after all our aim is to give you a robust project, portfolio and program management solution.
We use our home-grown bug and issues tracking system. Our system allows us to report bugs and issues to appropriate developers and program managers for quick resolve. The history of every bug and issue is duly documented. Our system also tells us whether an issue being raised can be resolved or not. For instance, there are some things we recognize our system should have but the current scale doesn't allow us to incorporate those things. So we store such issues under the category of live issues.
The demo users can easily submit various bugs they encounter while testing the software. Bugs are a great way of knowing what's not working in any software and we accept them very humbly and enthusiastically. Once our demo users submit a bug, we do our best to create a patch as soon as possible. |
